The Unofficial Kingdom Come Home Page

On May 8th, 1996, DC Comics released Kingdom Come. This fully painted, story driven, prestige format mini-series is the most eagerly anticipated comic book since "The Death of Superman". It's already being compared to books like The Dark Knight Returns and The Watchmen.

Written by Mark Waid with art and the original story concept by Alex Ross, this Elseworlds title tells the story of a possible future for the heroes of the DC Universe.

"Kingdom Come is a celebration of the heroic ideal . . .
the story of good men and women who put their
lives on the line to wring order from chaos."

-- Mark Waid
